Episode 5 - "Mountain Hiking: The Ends of the World"

This episode is also one of my favorite episodes. At first, I really thought that they were in a battlefield but it was just a training or some kind of drill.

Noel is so cute here when she tried to make a joke but she ended up getting embarrassed. Kawaii =)

Filicia tells them that they will be having a field trip but the truth is that it was mission. The squad take a 'field trip' (that's how Filicia describes it) to the mountains where some mechanical observers from the previous age need a maintenance check.

The hilarious scenes starts here when they were forced to carry heavy backpacks. Aaarrgghh, who knows how heavy it is?? I for one would not want to try on carrying that. Seeing their faces already gave me an idea that it's not a good idea to carry those. Hahahaha. Kanata is cheerful as always. Kureha gets annoyed so quickly. As for Noel, nice position there. Good job! LOL! XD

As for their team leader, Rio~~~ Well, I was expecting that she can really do it but she's having a hard time too. Hahaha. Watching these scenes was so hilarious. XD

Woo hoo! They were able to carry those heavy back packs. But~~~ what's with those faces. Hahaha. They look like they already lose their consciousness even though their standing. Well, I can't say that their really standing properly because it seems like they will fall into the ground in any moment. I can't stop laughing in this part. Hahaha.  XD

Here's a funny scene of Kanata and Rio. Rio told them that if they think that they can't go on, they just need to blow the trumpet. While Rio was talking, Kanata tries to grab her trumpet slowly but Rio stopped her. Hahaha. XD

I really felt sorry for her but I can't help but laughed while watching this.

Octave - Chapter 30

Ahhhhh, I'm really happy that I was able to understand Octave 30. I really hope that Tranquil Spring will be able to scanlate this too. I'm really looking forward for their releases. For now, I'm satisfied with the summary that I got from yukarishizu.

*Squeal* This is really one of the most exciting chapter of Octave. I'm really glad that they were able to reconcile again. Kyaaa --- they really love each other so much despite all the obstacles that they faced. (*o*)

5 years ago, when Yukino is heading towards tokyo, she imagine that the next time she return back to her hometown she will become an idol and when that time comes, she will then have to wear glasses to hide from the crowd, wearing all kinds of cute dress, getting a music producer boyfriend and so on. That was the 14 year old though of Yukino.

After Yukino get of the train, in her thoughts:

The 14 year old me would had never though that the 5 years later me would become like this.

After Yukino got out of the station, Setsuko welcome Yukino back and said that after she receive Yukino message about on the way back from her hometown, Setsuko thought that she should come to meet Yukino at the station. Both of them apologize to each other~

Both of them had a walk after Yukino suggested them to because she had a lot things to tell Setsuko.

Setsuko ask why yukino didn’t want to spend the night at her hometown because it is rare chance but Yukino reply that she had uneasy feeling in her hometown and then Yukino told Setsuko that Kamo had a boyfriend and he went and burst out Yukino and Setsuko relationship. Yukino also mention that Kamo and her boyfriend wanted to come tokyo to apologize but Yukino believe that it was all an act and the actual reason for both of them coming to tokyo is actually to end up in a love hotel.

There was a important small chat….. but I can’t get what it means…sry xD

The following chat:

Yukino: There is a lot of problem that I wanted to consult with a person, you should also experience it right? Actually…. I find Osawa and consult to her about our problem.

Setsuko: heh? Osawa? You mean that Osawa? why???

Yukino: Because Osawa mention that if I had any problem I could consult to her…..

Setsuko: Stupid..isn’t that obvious that she had other intention actually?

Yukino: other intention….ya it should have

Setsuko: what “it should have”, isn’t it normally that people will say that?

Yukino: heh, but in the end all of my painful trouble was leak out to her already….

Setsuko: I also had discuss some problem with Lisa but that’s between friend and the meaning is much more different you understand!?

Yukino: Understood

Setsuko: Why are you still…..

Yukino: ah, what you and Lisa discuss about? Is it about us?

Setsuko: it doesn’t matters!

Yukino: what “it doesn’t matters”?

Setsuko: I said……………*slightly pause*

Yukino your sentence, it is possible that you might be making assumption about us?

But, me and Lisa really isn’t what you thought it would be.

Yukino: yeah, I did suspect before…..what if situation.

Setsuko: nonono! It’s impossible!

Yukino: But both of you were so close….

Setsuko: where got! and about Osawa! Yukino you really is too much.

Yukino tell setsuko that she felt uneasy about Setsuko and Lisa relationship but because she was afraid, she didn’t mention it. Yukino decide to grow up! there are still many problem that she will have to face like the case for Mika song which couldn’t be erase away. Eventhough Yukino decided not to be jealous towards Mika but when Yukino imagine that Mika get to sing the song that was produce by Setsuko hard effort, she will started to get mad again. Setsuko finally realize everything that is going on.

Yukino apologize for the night she was avoiding the answer to the invitation for staying with setsuko. After that, Setsuko told Yukino that because she keep mention about mari and what it is to do with mari so Setsuko got mad. Yukino reply Setsuko that it isn’t that type of love toward mari. Yukino is trying to explain the difference of love toward Setsuko and Mari. Yukino finally realize something and the both of them level up in their relationship.

Setsuko ask Yukino to stay overnight at her house but because Yukino is very tired so Yukino wanted to have a good sleep. Their last sentence:

Setsuko: Yukino I’m begging you……Let’s just sleep together tonight.

*sob* sob* *sob* I've been wanting to know what's really going on in this manga and finally, I was able to find a translation and summary about OCTAVE. This is really one of my favorite mangas. I can't stop my curiosity that's why I searched the net that can give me a spoiler, translation or summary of Octave. It took me so long but it's still worth it since I was able to find a summary.

*Squeal* Setsuko really loves Yukino so much. Soooo sweet~~~~. Even though they're apart, she can't stop thinking about her. I really hope that they will be reunited again.

Pls Note: I know this person, she together with setsuko release an album when the both of them was a group idol but I just don’t remember her name. When you read her name in chinese it sounds like Lisa so I’m gonna name her Lisa in my summary.

-Lisa knew that Setsuko had a big catch in her job being Mika song producer (only 1 song thou….xD) so Lisa when to Setsuko house to congrats her and brought her a flower pot (sry I really don’t get the flower name… xD) Lisa then compare Setsuko with the flower a little.

-Both of them chatting a little about the song then the topic changed to Yukino. Lisa ask if Setsuko invited Yukino to join her produce the song but Setsuko reply and said that Yukino is busy with other things.

-Setsuko confess to Lisa that both Setsuko and Yukino had a fight and after the fight, Setsuko no longer have the idea to write a song. Lisa seems to know Setsuko and Yukino relationship.

-Both of them later had a little chat about the day Yukino meet Lisa.

-Yukino sms Kamo for a meet up. Kamo said that she always wanted to see Yukino because she wanted to apologize. Kamo said that she was truly worried about Yukino but Kamo was unsure how she could help Yukino and due to that, Kamo went to consult her boyfriend about Yukino case.

-Kamo confess that her boyfriend accidently leak out Yukino secret during the gathering after the graduation ended but he didn’t mention the name by referring Yukino as a friend only.

-The topic changed again, Yukino and Kamo had a little chat about Kamo boyfriend. Kamo keep apologize to Yukino and keep telling her that her boyfriend didn’t mean to leak the information but Yukino said that she doesn’t mind at all cause she and Setsuko broke up because of a fight.

-Yukino told Kamo that she is currently dating with the itali chief and want Kamo to tell the dropout classmate (the person who know about Yukino and Setsuko relationship) that Yukino had a boyfriend already.

(Yukino did mention that itali chief name but sorry I really don’t remember some character names, I think this person is Mari friend, the one who brought Yukino to Setsuko home when she was drunk)

-Yukino and Kamo then had a little chat about very minor h-stuff going on with Kamo and her boyfriend

-Back to Setsuko and Lisa chat:

Setsuko: I told Yukino to live together with me but she said that she had to reconsider it.

So I ask Yukino what is it that make you reconsider and Yukino told me that Mari

might be back.

Lisa: Ah, Mari did send me a sms, isn’t Mari serious about his work?

Setsuko: I ask Yukino what is it to reconsider? so it that even count as an answer? I was

think about our future so why is there a topic about that man included? Is it that

rather then living with me, Yukino is more happy if Mari is back?

Lisa: Nothing to do with the man huh…? Setsuko, are you perhaps jealous?

Setsuko: At that moment I didn’t consider that possibility but why I couldn’t have figure

out that possibility? From other people view, Mari and Yukino should had been a

correct match so why did I have to be so dissapointed? (Very sorry! xD There is

a important sentence Setsuko mention after this but I don’t really get it…)

Lisa: Itali chef? who’s that? (I dunno the name so I put itali chef…)

Setsuko: …….what should I do Lisa? If Yukino dumped me………….I might not be able to

recover anymore.

-Yukino and Kamo said goodbye to each other but to Yukino, it was a forever bye. Yukino and Kamo will never meet each other again.

-Yukino is going back to her work, she and her mom have a little chat about her work. Yukino mom said that she really liked Setsuko and mention that Setsuko is a really dependable child including Kamo and told her to appreciate their friendship.

-In the train, when Yukino was crying, there was a sentence saying Yukino mom trust her. Yukino receive a miss call in the train, the miss call was from Setsuko saying that she will call Yukino again then Yukino reply Setsuko by sms saying that she listen to the miss call already.

-The last sentence: I will go and meet you~
