K-On!! Season 2 Episode 18
PART 1
Light Music Club is really excited for the live performance but before that, they are about to face a new challenge and that is---- (tada!) a PLAY!!! Hahaha... Hey, hey... It's a real challenge since Mio and Ritsu are chosen for the leading roles for Romeo and Juliet... We're already aware that Mio has a stage fright but why Ritsu, you say? Well, that's because of the characters that they will portrait...
*jyang* *jyang* *jyang* *jyang* *jyang* Mio Akiyama will play the role of ---- ROMEO??!!! Mio --- oh Ro-mio.... Sounds good to me.... Hehehe... =P
Awwww... Mio looks so happy....EEHHHH???!!! Wait..... She fainted???!!! While looking like that???!!!
Ritsu really pushes Mio in the role and teases her at the same time... It's easy to push others to something but when they'll be involve, they do the opposite of what they just said. Well, there's such a thing as karma so----- Ritsu was chosen to play the role of JULIET.... Juliet? Juliet?? Juliet??!!! *pfft* Hahahaha... It's a complete opposite of her... LOL!!
Now, here's Ritsu who tries to convince the class to choose Mugi but ---- she FAILED!!!
Reason: Mugi is already in charge of the screenplay...
The next target of Ritsu is Ichigo but---- FAILED! XD
Reason: Ichigo doesn't want to.... That's all... (Hahaha, expressionless as ever huh)
Her first appearance (or maybe the first time I notice her) was during Episode 17 when the Light Music Club is searching for a place where they can practice. But I swear, she really reminds me of some character... I just can't figure out who...
The last target of Ritsu is Mika who told her that she wanted to play a princess but ---- FAILED!
Reason: It's because of Mio who will play the role of Juliet... It seems that the class agrees as well. I just thought about something... Well, it seems that the class has the same opinion about those two and they won't even be surprise if those two become lovers (just an assumption but I really want that for real). Hahahaha... They might even have a fans club. If that happens, I'll be part of their fans club too...
What's with the "Go protect her"??? She's now the prince of Mio huh... ^_^
Ahh... Not a prince and a princess ??? It became comedians or something??? Hahaha... Ritsu can't win against a class...
It's finally decided that Mio and Ritsu will play the role of Romeo and Juliet. Mugi's so excited about the decision that she even decided to rewrite the script all over again. Hahahaha. To do something troublesome like that... It really sounds suspicious...
Now that I think about it... Their other classmates are also cute... It just so happen that this anime focuses to Light Music Club and some characters that are close to them but the other characters were drawn cute too...
Now for the costumes----------. Hahaha... I already expected that Sawa-chan will immediately volunteer. It's like the word costume and Sawa-chan are inseparable... Hahaha.
Warning: Don't be deceive by her angelic smile... LOL!!!
See~~~. I told you not to be deceive especially when you see the reactions of these two. Thanks to that certain person, these two already have a different kind of phobia since she's their adviser too. Hahahahaha XD

That's right, that's right... ^_^ Even though they often fight and Mio hits Ritsu, they get along so well especially in times of need. The next episode will be their actual play... I'm really excited for it to be subbed.

Ahhh, about that. Well, there was a rumor that Season 2 is until Episode 24 (if i remember it correctly). If that's really true then I think that it will be until their graduation.
I was thinking if there will be a Season three but I can't picture it yet because if that happens then what will happen to Azusa being left alone in the club.

really? aww. i hope they include the chapter in the manga where mio freaked out at the thought of ritsu possibly having a boyfriend, haha. :D
i don't know about a third season, but i sure hope they will make one. sadly, they might not 'cause the manga will end this september, if i'm not mistaken. i think jun and ui are going to join the club once mio and everyone else graduates... probably.

That's right. That one's a really funny chapter. It's like Mio became a stalker who tries to spy Ritsu to know if she's really cheating on her.
Third Season will be quite difficult...It's just an opinion because it won't be Light Music club if the four or Azusa will be gone in the picture. Why is she a kouhai??? Hehehe. She should just be in the same year as the others so it won't be difficult.... =P

yep. :D what i like about the anime is that there's no way a four panel manga chapter of k-on! can be animated and possibly last 20 minutes, so i'm pretty sure the anime will add more scenes (as they did in the romeo and juliet episode and others)... which means more cutesy stuff, hehe. :D
haha i thought about that too! poor azusa. it really won't be the same without her (i think sawa-chan's absence makes a difference too). what i was thinking was even if they don't go to the same school anymore, they can always be their own independent band just like all the others. the problem with that is that it won't be "k-on club" anymore.
You're right. And this K-on! is really hilarious both in anime and manga. There are funny moments that appeared in the manga that didn't appeared in anime version (vice versa) that's why it's really fun to read and watch.
Of course, Sawa-chan is included too. Her harassment and her hobby of dressing up the girls on cosplay costumes were really funny. ;D
Ahhh, that's right. they can still be a band in for another season by aiming for Buduokan (is it right?) or something like that. They're just inseparable. =D
hmm, i'm not sure about the funny moments appearing in the manga but not in the anime. i haven't read the manga fully yet. ^^' i guess that convinces me more to read it now, haha. XD by the way, since you've read the manga, is the part from the anime where ritsu got jealous of nodoka and mio being close in the manga also? o.o'
haha yup. ;) which makes k-on club itself even more unique too... and it all adds to the humor. XD
ohh yeah, the budokan thing. i honestly am not sure what that exactly means, but... yeah, hahaha. i thought it was performing on stage somewhere or something (i think?).
Hehehe... I'm not sure about the opinion of others but if you'll ask me, I'm really enjoying reading its manga version... *thumbs up*
About Ritsu getting jealous of Nodoka, it was also close in manga version... But its more on the anthology part instead of the volumes of K-On!
I'm not really sure about Budoukan too but what I really thought about it is like the same thing when they watched the summer festival wherein there where many bands playing in different stages...

hmm, now that i think about it, that's probably what they meant about budokan. it saddens me that neither the anime nor the manga will actually show that. D: but i really hope they do. >.<
It's really fun reading it.. It already has four volumes and another volume for Anthology. Can't help it because I really love K-On! Hehehe.. =P

That's right... I want to see them in Budoukan too since its their original goal from the very beginning...
i've read a couple of the anthologies too... and they're good. ^^ now if only they actually happened in the manga... hahaha. XD
oh, canon means that it's something that really happened/occurred. taking k-on! for example... the part in the anime where mugi was trying to act stupidly weird so that mio would hit her did not really happen in the manga (if my memory serves me right, i think the chapter ended with mugi hitting ritsu immediately after they hung out together). so that whole part won't be considered "canon" because it didn't actually happen in the manga... i hope that makes sense. ^^'
yeah, exactly. they should include an epilogue or any of that sort that shows that. >.<
Yes! It's really good. One of the most memorable chapter for me is the chapter wherein Azusa said to Ui that she should be strict to Yui and she should stop spoiling her. She tried it but she ended up getting miserable. It was really funny. XD
Ahhhh--- so that's the meaning of canon. Thanks for explaining it. It's really a big help.

As far as I know, it was only in manga... You can read that in its anthology... It's really funny... Some sister complex problem... Although personally, I really find it cute.... =D

oh yeah, i just read the latest chapter yesterday. it's really sad... and the anime's ending too. :( kakifly should at least make it a 16 page special ending chapter or something! >.<

HHmmm,, for me, I would rather want the manga (and the anime) to be continued... Hehehe... It's really a shame that it is really going to end....

hahaha i'd rather have that too... but it's even better if that and some sort of a special 16+ page chapter/extra both happen. XD and yeah, kakifly really should continue it. after all, it's very popular. and even if he doesn't, i'm still hoping that kyoto animation makes a third season or k-on! college days or an OVA or something... i just feel it's too early to finish it completely. :(
