K-On!! - U&I

U&I

This is the second new song entitled "U&I" which was also shown on Episode 20. The lyrics are very meaningful since it was made by Yui for Ui when her sister got sick. I was supposed to post the images that I like from Episode 20 but I haven't done it yet since it was just too many but I think I'll arrange and post it next time... It just so happen that I watched this episode so many times that's why I wasn't able to do some postings. The song is really cute but at the same time sad because of the last scenes of its episode...

i love this song. :) and it looks like azusa is the lead guitar this time. :D can't wait for the full version!

and since i love mio's voice, i was hoping that she'd have a version of her singing this too. but considering the history of the song (yui writing it for ui), that's very unlikely to happen. >.<

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Hehehe. Really?? I haven't notice that because my focus was set in all of them. It was really fun watching them from beginning to end.

Why not?? That can also happen in the release of their character song... They might release some Mio version singing this one so cheer up...^_^

ewan said...

i think so. XD when it began to play, it was focused on azusa, so i glanced at her guitar and had a feeling she was doing the lead in this song... and then it focused on yui and i noticed she's just playing the chords through strumming. ^^ but yeah, even though the whole episode was solely devoted to showing their live performance, i felt it was too short. :( i was hoping they'd have three new songs, but considering that they didn't have much time, i guess it's alright. ^^

haha thank you. :) i was thinking it might be like pure pure heart. it's the song that mio played during her fanclub tea party, and as far as i know there's no version of that song with yui singing it... so i thought it may be the same case with U&I.

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Is that so?? If that's the case, maybe their reason is that Yui is doing the vocals and interacting with the audience and she has this "whenever she learns something, she forgets something else" so I think that's for the better.XD

Ahhh, yeah, I forgot about that. It was played for her fan club but it was very short...

Well, this anime is full of surprises that anything might happen.^^,

ewan said...

that sounds probable. ^^ but now that i think about it, it also might be due to the fact that yui was busy with the play and practiced being a tree the whole time, haha... so she didn't get to practice that much to play the lead guitar part.

yep... they always cut the songs short in episodes. but that's okay. it makes me look forward more to the release of the full song. XD

haha, that's true. thanks. :)

Jhayzelkhulet said...

That's also a possibility... But what I realized is that--- I didn't know that having a role as a tree can be really that hard. I mean, she even practiced for it in class and in their clubroom. I guess being a tree is really difficult role that only Yui has the guts for it. Hahaha. XD

Well, I guess that's okay too since it's still an anime and making the songs short will increase the wants of the viewers to crave for some more.^_^

ewan said...

hahaha that's what i thought of at first. but then again, it's because it's yui that has that role that it changes everything... mostly because yui gets distracted so much all the time. XD

yep. ^^ and i guess having four full minutes of a song in about a 20 minute episode takes up a lot of time too, so they have to cut it short.

Jhayzelkhulet said...

And it was Nodoka who suggested that she should be the tree and Yui really listened to her instructions.

Yup! I already thought that the episode is really short so it's better to cut the songs to give way for the other scenes... They should have created a 1 hour per episode....Just kidding... Hehehe...

ewan said...

really? i don't remember... i thought nodoka just told her to practice being still because she's playing a tree. ^^'

haha exactly. :D and yeah, i wish they were one hour long. unfortunately, that only ever happens in dramas...

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Ahhh, about that... I just assumed that Nodoka was the one who assigned that role to her...

Hehehe. I was just hoping even though I know the fact that it's really impossible to happen. =P

ewan said...

ohh i see. hmm, i guess that's possible too. nodoka is sort of the planner of the whole play and everything. XD

hahaha... well, it doesn't really hurt to hope for it in this case right? :D and who knows~ they might do a one-hour special episode or something. they do that in some animes... one of my favorite animes even has quite a good number of one-hour/two-hour special episodes. :D

Jhayzelkhulet said...

And she's also like the leader of their class. Well, Sawa-chan was also there but she's rather interested with the costumes.

Yup! K-On!! is really popular, both manga and anime so it won't hurt if they will make a special episode... There were some animes who did that too that's why I'm really hoping that they will do the same thing... ;D

ewan said...

yep! what's the term... class representative, i think, haha. XD not to mention she's in the student council too. o.o' must be one hell of a work... and yeah, though it's a bit expected, i'm glad sawa-chan did their costumes. it is her expertise after all. :D

that's right. in fact, it's going to be the exact opposite since it'll surely benefit them knowing that it's largely popular. a lot of fans will be pleased. ^^

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Yeah, I think it's class representative in Japan. Even though she has so many responsibilities, she doesn't even show any sign of exhaustion . She's always calm and very mature. The only person who can annoy her is Ritsu.

Yup! Just like what happened when they announced that there will be a second season, it really became the center of conversation.

ewan said...

i noticed that too. she sure can handle pressure well. XD and yeah, it's a bit of a mystery why she's not like that with yui even though she has a similar forgetful attitude like ritsu. it's probably because they're childhood friends. ^^' it's a bit different in the anime though. nodoka's annoyance is showed more in the manga than in the anime... in the anime, nodoka didn't really seem that annoyed with ritsu whenever she forgets club related stuff. she was more... concerned than annoyed, haha. that's probably just me though. ^^'

yep, since they're all going to be looking forward to it. :D

Jhayzelkhulet said...

For me, I think it's because of Yui's unique personality. She always has this expression in her face that makes one forgive her immediately. Just like when she smiles innocently or make a really cute facial expression. *sigh* It's like you're annoyance or anger will just vanish just by looking at her...^^,

Even though Nodoka is not an actual member of Light Music club, she still gives them her 100% support. She's like their secretary/manager who always remind them about the things that they missed.

ewan said...

haha yeah, i know what you mean. that's why ui doesn't mind being the "neechan" between the two of them since she's just happy seeing yui act the way she does. XD

that's right... it's as if she's the one doing ritsu's job as president and even sawa-chan by reminding them what they need to do. not to mention she's the (reluctant? haha) president of mio's fanclub too. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Yup!!! I guess it's a sister complex issue... The more childish Yui becomes means more happiness for Ui... *sigh* I really wanted to have someone like Ui... Hehehehe...

Sawa-chan acts like a student (or childish) when tea party is involve. It's a good thing that Nodoka is good in maintaining her composure. She has so many responsibilities but she don't mind handling it all at once.

ewan said...

hahaha yep. yui's really lucky to have ui as a sister. i wish i had one like her too! XD i have a younger sister, but she's nothing like ui... even my sister says she wishes she had a little sister like her. XD

yeah... it was very childish for her, as a teacher, to have screamed out asuza for playing the guitar while she was drinking tea. o.o i think that happened when asuza was still new to the club... it's almost as if the k-on! club is yui and nodoka is ui. she just can't leave the club alone... hahaha. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

That's Ui for you!!! Even though she's not one of the main characters, she still plays an important role in the anime and in Yui's life, of course. I can't imagine what will happen to Yui if Ui's not there for her.

And in manga, there's also a chapter when Azusa was still new then she snapped out because the club members and Sawa-chan were just drinking tea, she begged on Azusa that they shouldn't remove the tea break. The following day, she took back what she said then Sawa-chan asked for her explanation. It was like Azusa is the teacher. XD

ewan said...

now that you've mentioned it, it is hard imagine what will happen to yui if ui's not there for her. maybe their house might've long burned down because of yui and her unpredictability... hahaha jk. XD

ohh, i think that happened in the anime too. if i remember correctly, it was right after mio apologized to azusa for sawa-chan's actions... haha, sawa-chan's childishness inevitably prevails whenever she's with them. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Hahaha... You're right, but there's still hope for Yui to change if she will just put some of her energy on learning on how to be independent. However, as long as Ui is with her, she won't be able to do that...

Yup! That's the one... Sawa-chan's childish personality is cute too... I'm really glad that she has found a place where she can show her true self. I mean, trying to be somebody else is pretty tiring too, you know. ;D

ewan said...

yep. and now that she's going to college after graduation, that'll be her chance in learning how to become independent. XD

that's right. it won't be as fun if sawa-chan didn't have that childish personality of hers too. XD and yeah, it must be tiring... she needs to be herself once in a while at least, even if she's set on becoming the kind popular teacher.

Jhayzelkhulet said...

In its manga version, the other girls were worried about Yui that's why they went to her house to make sure that she will make it on time for the entrance exam. I think Nodoka has her own entrance exam too so she just e-mailed Ui... It was really funny. Then, while their on their way, Mio was still worried that Yui might forget the things tha she should bring but Yui said that she doesn't have to worry anymore because---- Ui already prepared the things for her...XD

Well, instead of not liking her anymore, there was a scene wherein some students took a photo with Sawa-chan because they thought that she's really cool. I don't think that she should worry about her past anymore.

ewan said...

ahh, i remember that. i believe that's the second to the latest chapter out. XD it really was funny too... and it just proves how everyone cares about yui. she's really lucky! haha. and wow, i wasn't expecting to see yui's parents. it's still quite unbelievable that they would go off on their own traveling around who-knows-where and leave their behind children living by themselves at home. o.o i'm not really sure if that's even considered normal in japanese culture, but it doesn't matter. i don't think their presence would've made much of a difference anyway. that's probably why kakifly hadn't really showed them til now. ^^'

yeah, she really shouldn't. by now she should notice that parts of her other self that've been exposed already only made her students admire her even more. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Yup! Having someone who's always there for you is really nice...

Well, if I will base their culture with the mangas that i have read, I think it's pretty normal... Their children even want to be independent especially those who live in provinces (I don't know the exact term)... But still, Yui's parents are really extreme for being so happy-go-lucky...

And if you'll ask me, having her as a teacher is pretty cool... I encountered teachers who are very serious and strict... So scary...

ewan said...

it is. after all, no man is an island. XD

hmm, now that you've mentioned it, i guess it is, and maybe they're used to it too. but yeah, i was surprised with yui's parents. it's a good thing that yui and ui don't really mind being left by themselves like that.

yep, tell me about it... i even had an elementary teacher once that made me cry, haha. it's really scary when she stares and she has this somewhat negatively blunt personality. o.o' but she's a good teacher.

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Yeah!!! But surprisingly, there are still those who like it better when they're alone...

Well, as long as they love each other then that's fine too. There are families that even though they live in the same house, they don't treat each other as family. Besides, if they're like that, then it only means that they have good parents. It's also good thing that Yui and Ui have each other...

Same here... I will never forget my kindergarten teacher. She scolded me in front of the class because I wasn't able to recite well. After that, I really got scared to participate in the class.

ewan said...

yep, but i think that's normal... everyone has their "i want to be alone" moments every now and then. but that doesn't mean they'd want to be alone forever... at least most people. XD

that's true. it strengthens the bond between yui and ui too. :D

really? how mean. and you were only in kindergarten too... maybe it was her time of the month... hahaha jk. XD but still, i don't think yelling at someone of that age in front of everyone is necessary.

Jhayzelkhulet said...

There are so many people in this world that have a different way of living. But still, humans will come to the point that they will soon realize that it's really sad to be alone.

Yeah... Their bond cannot be replace by anything in this world.

*sigh* I know, right. Geez, for me to remember that moment only means that it was a real shocked for me... I just don't know if she's still teaching until now.

ewan said...

that's right. for most people though, i think they should naturally realize that already... but i guess it still depends on the circumstances.

yep. and they so crazily look alike too, haha. XD

now that you've mentioned it, yeah, it really must've been. heck, i don't think i even remember what happened to me when i was in kindergarten. o.o' that moment must be vividly etched in your memory...

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Yup! Because there are some circumstances wherein that a person prefer to be alone because of some tragic past. More like a phobia... I think???

Yeah! When I watched episode 21, it's like Yui was just looking in a mirror despite the fact that there's a one year age gap.

It's supposed to be that way. Not remembering things when you're just a kid. It's a good thing that I was just a kid back then... My classmates won't be able to remember it anyway... Hahahaha...

ewan said...

ahh, yeah, it might be because of situations like that. but somehow it almost sounds to me like a manga of some sort... you know, those aloof tsundere characters wanting to be alone because of some "tragic past" or traumatic experience... haha. XD

i know! there's been a few other episodes (at least two that i remember) where i've mistaken ui for yui. and, after watching episode 21, it seems like i've fallen for it again... haha. since then i've been trying to find something to help me distinguish between the two of them. i've thought of the color of their hair... it's brown, but the shades are different. even so i still can't quite differentiate them that quick. x.x haha.

i guess so. i wish i had photographic memory though or something similar to that. XD your classmates in kindergarten? haha even if they remember, i don't think it would really matter unless they're still your friends and they tease you about it. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

But the big difference there is that a tsundere (in manga/anime)is way too cute than those in real life. =P

Hehehe. Why not ask Sawa-Chan??? She's expert in distinguishing who's who... Just kidding... I was like that too. I think it was the scene from season one wherein she was doing some chores but with her hair down. Then, she ties her hair while going to Yui's room to wake her up.

There's one... If your parents like taking pictures of you, you would be able to recall your past....Ah, right! I can't even remember their faces and names... Hahaha...

ewan said...

hahaha that's right. and they have to be cute... otherwise people wouldn't be that inclined to tsunderes.

haha nah, i would if i could... hahaha jk. XD unlike sawa-chan, i don't really pay attention to yui and ui's chest size and compare them to help distinguish between the two, so her 'technique' wouldn't have worked for me. ^^' ohh, yep! that's one of the scenes i was talking about. :D the other one is, of course, the part where sawa-chan was able to recognize it was ui and not yui. XD i totally didn't notice at all. o.o

hmm, the last time i saw my pictures when i was younger, i couldn't really remember much about that specific time or whatever. it's all so vague, haha. ^^' yep. XD some of my classmates in kindergarten were also my classmates almost al throughout elementary, so i still remember some of them. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Hhmm, I haven't encountered someone like that in real life but there are so many tsunderes on animes and mangas. They even became my favorite characters because of their cuteness and personalities.

Hahaha... Yeah, that's another one. I was really impressed the Sawa-chan noticed that but even though I watched that scene repeatedly, I can't seem to see the difference. I guess, Sawa-chan is the only one who has the ability to do that. Not to mention, her ability to suddenly appear out of nowhere.

As for me, it's really hard to remember because we have this system of sections A-D and your class will depend on your grades that's why there's a tendency that your classmate now may not be your classmate for the following year. I only excelled (just a little =P) in class when I was in my sixth grade. Prior to that, I didn't show any sign of interest in class but after I experienced that competition is somehow fun, I tried my best to somehow excel. It also helped me gain some confidence.

ewan said...

i haven't either. but yeah, most of my favorite characters are tsundere in some way or another. of course, they're all cute too, hehe. XD they're usually the really cool, quiet but caring type. ^^

haha, it's just like sawa-chan to notice things like that since she makes clothes, so i guess she sees even the little difference in size and whatnot. XD hahaha that one time when she appeared out of nowhere was really funny because of their imagining sawa-chan acting like some sort of spider ninja. XD

ahh, it's the same with us too. but since my elementary school was pretty small, we only had up to section C, which was rare too because we mostly just had two sections. and like yours, it's based on our grades. my parents, especially my mom, have very high expectations so i've mostly been in section A (i think i was in section B about twice). most of my friends remained my classmates and some were in my kindergarten class too (i only remembered through class pictures). XD ahh, yep, competition can be fun. at the same time, it makes me a lot nervous too and intimidated also. during the recent competition i was in, it was very intimidating since it was a state competition, so the best competitors were there. it was at some point scary. x_x but i guess it was somewhat fun too. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Yeah. It's really cute when a character with a cold personality shows her soft side once in a while. Or when that character only shows his/her soft side to the one he/she cares the most.

Yeah, but it's also a mystery on how she was able to that. Anyway, it's really fun watching her whenever she shows her playful personality. It's also easy to manipulate according to the girls.

It's a nerve-racking situation but on the other hand, you can also think that being able to participate there only means that you're also one of those so called best competitors. Besides, most of the participants there also thought the same thing that's why it's only natural. Hhmm, high expectations, huh. It can also be suffocating sometimes but it looks like you don't feel that way. Anyway, remember the teacher that I mentioned to you before, I met her this morning when I went to a salon with my mother. Although, I just tagged along because I only have an afternoon class.

ewan said...

yeah, that's what makes them even cuter. XD i sometimes also like characters who are mysteriously sweet. it depends though, 'cause some characters like that somehow annoy me.

yep. knowing them, they sometimes take advantage of each other's weaknesses. XD

haha, i guess so, though i wouldn't really consider myself one of those so called best competitors. perhaps during the regional competition since i miraculously won a place, but during the state competition i did so horrible i felt like i shouldn't have been there, haha. but it's okay now... it was still fun in some way. XD haha, well i'm only human so i still feel helplessly suffocated at times. not wanting to disappoint them and doing all that can be really tiring too. but in some areas, my own expectations match theirs, so it's not as bad compared to how it would be if my expectations weren't similar to theirs. for instance, my parents are heavily strict with my grades, but i also don't want my grades to be lower than what my parents want... so in that case we have mutual expectations. it still can be altogether tiring though...

really? you mean your teacher from kindergarten? wow... that's a long time. does she still recognize you? o.O

Jhayzelkhulet said...

The appearance and facial expression are also to be considered.

But it is also an indication of great bonding. It would be nice if she can also be my teacher because she knows how to get along with her students.

Consider it as a great experience... Knowing that you have done something that other people haven't done yet is a great thing. Hahaha... Have some confidence... Confidence... Being able to participate in a state competition is something that you should be proud of and if there are people who say that you're not good then they're just jealous. That's good to hear as long as you don't push yourself too much.

Hahaha... Yeah! She even hit me in my shoulder and told me,

"I think I know you."

I recognized her immediately when I saw first saw her but I just ignored it because I told myself that there's a zero percent chance of seeing her...

ewan said...

yes, that's the first thing most viewers notice anyway.

that's true. hmm, i have, or rather, had, a teacher i got along with last year. she's not really like sawa-chan or anything (heck, i don't think any teacher in real life is like her. at least none that i know of), but she's really hilarious... in a good way. XD

haha i do consider it a great experience. they were also held in colleges i haven't visited, so that's a bonus too. XD well, i guess it depends. they can be jealous, perhaps, or they're just bluntly saying the truth so i can work harder and be better... or something like that. hmm, maybe i should give it another shot next year (it's a yearly competition, i believe) just for fun, haha. XD

O_O really??? hahaha oh man... that must've been... i don't know... somewhat scary? well, probably not. i can't think of a better word at the moment, but if it were me and i randomly saw my kindergarten teacher after perhaps 10+ years out of nowhere grabbing my shoulder and saying "i think i know you," i'd be startled and would go, "what the...?" haha. that's some coincidence though... i mean, we were just talking about her and she suddenly shows up... what, the next day? hahaha. XD but for her to still remember you... wow. o.o'

Jhayzelkhulet said...

As for me, there were times wherein despite their appearances, once they become a hindrance from my favorite couple, I start hating them. Hahahaha... I know that it's bad.

That's good to know. I also encountered a professor like that. He's a professor but he's quite childish. He even made a bet if he can defeat me in some online game. Unfortunately for him, I was able to win the consecutive games although I didn't take the money.

Good for you... As long as there's an opportunity, might as well grab it while it's there, right?

Yeah. I was quite surprised too because she's my teacher in kindergarten and I just finished my college course last year so that must have been like forever... Just kidding... I'm just exaggerating although I don't know how long it has been. Hahaha... I was really nervous because just like what you said, we were just talking about her few days ago. XD

ewan said...

hahaha same here! that's what happened to me with haibara from detective conan. i thought she was going to become a hindrance to shinichi and ran, but i've come to like her. i'm now a shinichixran and conanxai fan... hehe. :D

really? haha wow... you actually bet money too. o.o' i'd like to try having a sensei like that some time, haha. XD

yep, that's right. ^^

haha nah... it must've been forever. from a little kindergarten to an adult? that's a long time. i guess it's good that it was only a brief moment that you talked and, i'm assuming, that incident wasn't mentioned. ^^'

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Hahaha... Well, that's a relief... About liking Haibara too but I guess you're still more of a shinichi x ran fan...

=P It's just for fun and it's not that bad when you just do it once in a while, right? He's my professor in one of my computer related subjects... It just so happen that I finished immediately the exercises given since computer related subjects are my strengths. We're allowed to do whatever we want when we finished that's why I used to play online games... It so happens that he has nothing to do too that's why we ended up having a bet.

Nah... After I saw her, instead of hate, I felt like I should be thankful too because good or bad, she still became a part of my life. I just got nervous and even told myself--- is this some kind divine retribution for remembering that past again... Well, I'm just kidding when I said that, though. =P

ewan said...

hahaha, i guess i am. i still like haibara though... in fact, if i were to choose who i like better between ran and ai, i'd most likely choose ai. but if shinichi's involved, then the shinixran in me prevails. ^^' conanxai does too, hehe. :D

yep, that's right. XD ohh i see. haha you really must be good with computers if you finish that early to play with the professor. ^^ it reminds me of something similar that happened to me too with my math teacher, haha. :D

hmm, that's a nice way to think about it. ^^ if you think about it, it's nice that she still remembered you too, even after so long. not in a bad way or anything, but... yeah. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Well, I can agree with that too since Haibara is more adorable when she's a child rather than an adult and she can't be paired with Shinichi. Oh right, have you watch the live one..? I mean, the film wherein real people made a film based on Detective Conan.

Hhhmm, I can't put it that way since I'm just fond of computer and gadget. I think, that's how I'm pretty used to it. But I can say that it's my strong point ever since and my weak points are--- I guess the things that they teach in school except the computer related... Hehehe...Oh and sports, of course. =P My professor was somehow childish too that's why a bet is something that he would accept. Ah! That's you're favorite subject, right? It will be rude for me to ask so I'll just put it this way, feel free to share your stories too...^_^

Yeah... It felt so nostalgic.... It brings back memories... Good or bad... An experience will always be an experience and will always be a part of me... Nyahahaha... Sentimental.

ewan said...

that's right. ran's character is nice too, but those kinds are actually a bit of a cliche, though i guess that's just in my point of view. i usually settle for ai's kind of character since she's cool, quiet but clever... not to mention she can easily fool conan, hehe. XD the live action? yep! i've seen it. both of it. :D i like the second one better 'cause ai/shiho's there too. ^^

somehow that reminded me of my computer class in elementary. i wouldn't say it's my strong point though... i used to type so slow. x.x haha. but i liked playing mario... hehehe. XD i liked my sports/P.E. class too since we often played a lot.

hahaha it's alright. i don't really consider it rude. ^^ let's see... i guess my math teacher is kind of like yours too, except i wouldn't really call him "childish," but he gets along well with his students from what i've seen. since i liked math and i could so far understand pretty quick what the lessons were, i usually finish the work early, and so the teacher and i would sometimes play chess (i'm fond of logical/strategical games) while the others were still working. for the most part he would win, but i think there was one time when i beat him. and so when i was about to take my final exam for the year, he took the exam paper from me and told me to go to the back of the room and play chess with him. hahaha XD i guess he knew i was going to pass it anyway, or probably my grade was high enough that even if i didn't take the test i'd still pass with the grade i want. so i ended up playing with him while the rest of my classmates were taking their final exam. o.o' hahaha. he won, of course, but we didn't make any bet, which is good 'cause i lost, hehe. XD

hahaha sentimental or not, it's the truth. :D i'd feel the same too if i meet my kindergarten teacher. i don't think they'd still remember me though... but that's alright. XD

Jhayzelkhulet said...

Yeah... And I think she has a tsundere personality too. At first, she doesn't like to be with the other kids and she always has this serious look but as she spends time with the others, her personality became softer and more caring (in her own way). Not to mention, she likes to tease conan, sometimes. Oh, now I'm the one that's left behind. I only watched the first one but I didn't know that there's a second one.

Hahaha... As for me, my worst performance was when we were asked to make a webpage during my high school days but because of lack of experience in computers (we don't have internet access in our home yet and I only learned on my own) I messed it all up... In elementary--- as for me, it's the bubbles and typing exercises thing-y that was allowed as games in our class (is it even a game). =P Anyway, after those events, it made me realized how exciting it was to explore computers. I also like playing different kind of sports except for one.... Swimming... I sucked on it... I sleep in class but when it comes to computers and sports, I can feel that I can do anything, non-stop.

Whoa! That's even better... I don't think that I have experienced something like that because most of my teachers only remembered me to be some student who prefer sleeping inside the class. It's a good thing that your classmates were not bothered because of that. You know, some misunderstanding like favoritism issue. Although, it was just an assumption. It's just that I have a friend that experienced that favoritism problem and it was such a pain because others hated her for that misunderstanding. Chess is a good thing too... I used to play that with my relatives but I'm not really good at it although I still enjoy it since I also like puzzle and mystery games rather than action games...

Yeah, and that's normal, right? They're teachers that's why every year will always be a new year to see new faces of their new students (so much for the "new" word) unless a student is oblige to repeat the same year level. I'm not really that confident in remembering the names of others but I'm quite confident in my instincts. I just have this habit of "I only focus to the people that caught my attention". I may not remember accurately but my guts always tell me that I know him/her or something like that.

yeah, she's aloof and all that but she can be caring in her own way. she even tries to watch for the professor's health too. XD i watched this clip on YT with her trying to fool conan and he so fell for it completely, acting all panicky too, hahaha. XD really? you should see it when you have the time. it's a must-watch for shinichixshiho fans. ^^

a webpage, huh? i have no idea how to make one, haha. ^^' i know there has to be lots of codes involved or something like that... i think. ohh, those bubble type thingy that's supposed to help you practice typing? yeah, that's fun too. XD haha, it's good that you really know what you like and want. :D in my computer class i remember we had lessons about RAM and ROM and all that, though i didn't really understand much at the time. my brother's an expert with that though. he should've minored in computer programming or something... haha, your classes must be really boring. some of my classes are too but i try not to sleep through them. most of the time my mind just wanders off somewhere, so even if i'm not technically asleep, i'm still not really paying attention... ^^'

hahaha i think they were. at least one of them did. a friend of mine who was my classmate at the time too once told me that she remembered how she was dreadfully taking the test and i was just off somewhere in the back playing chess, hahaha. what's worse is that she hates math. i don't think it's favoritism or anything though. i guess he just really wanted to play with me again and win. i bumped into that teacher a couple of times too after and we were talking about that and i told him that i don't really consider my win that time an actual "win" 'cause he let me take my move back once. he said, "oh, well that makes me feel better" in a somewhat playful way, hahaha. XD he's a really nice, laid-back teacher. we rarely had homework assignments and if we did, he rarely collected them. he's filipino too... ilocano i think (the math class is at my school here in the u.s.).

yeah, you're right. but some teachers do try to remember their students, especially ones that left an impact on them in some way or something like that... so if i bumped to a teacher i've had a conflict with, he'd probably remember me... haha. XD ohh, i know what you mean. i think i've experienced something like that too... though most i can remember right now are instances where i remember both names and faces. ^^'

Yeah, she also tries to help conan in solving some crimes and cooperates with him all the time since they experienced the same situation because of some drug. Although, there are times that she teased Conan because of a sudden whim. Hhmm, I'll try watching that since Haibara is involved too. Hehehe... Thanks for the info.

Yup, it looks complicated because of the syntax and all but I enjoyed doing it after I messed up with that that one project. That's right, and since I'm just an elementary strudent back then, I still enjoyed and hated it at the same time. You know, that you-must-place-your-fingers-in-their-proper-position-in-keyboard idea. It was really difficult for me. I'm used to the carefree style of typing that doesn't follow any rules. Hahaha. I guess, it's more like "I'm just interested in something that I considered fun". I even took some computer technician class but for a short period of time during summer but it was years ago. Well, you're really smart even though you don't seem to like computer subject and not to mention, you really love math which was considered one of the I-hate-subject by most of the students, I think. Oh about that... They just let it me sleep as long as I don't get bad grades but of course, I don't do it most of the time especially when I have high respect and fear for the teacher.

It's a good thing that they don't bully you for that. It will be a very depressing memory if you experience something that you don't even deserve. *sigh* As for me, my teacher was really strict in recitation, quizzes and assignments. The first day of meeting was the worst because we were really scared of her. Because of some incident, we were really scared that she might be our math teacher and unfortunately for us, she really became our math teacher.

The student(s) that made an excellent job in class and the student(s) that made the worst job and behavior will be considered unforgettable. Hhmm good for you. As for me, it's quite difficult especially the names. My friend even laughed at me whenever I act like that. She's really good in remembering things and because she's my classmate since high school to college, she's more familiar with the people that I have known. And she's also my classmate in elementary, for a year or two...

yep, that's right. she helps him a lot too in some ways when concerning the black organization, though she would usually warn conan about how dangerous it is. have you watched any of the movies, by the way? :D ohh, that clip i watched on YT where she teased conan was just because of a sudden whim too, which makes it funnier. XD no problem. :)

hmm, i'd probably like to try making one some time. my friend took a computer programming type of class and they were assigned to make one too. she said it was easy... well, most of the time her "easy" can be a challenge for others. ^^' ahh, yes!! i remember doing the exercises regarding that... and it was hard to get my pinkie to stretch up and down and all; same goes for my ring finger too. x.x but now i'm very comfortable with the proper finger position. it really does help in typing faster without even looking at the keyboard. XD i forgot when it was that i started getting used to it though... but i'm used to it now, hehe. :D hmm, i think a lot of people do hate math (usually if they do, the love english instead or history or something). in our family, we're more of a math/science type of people. my brother is a genius in math but he hates english. my sister is somewhat the same with science too... XD haha, yep, same here. and sleeping in the wrong class can attract attention from the teacher, and then next thing you know you'll be put on the spot...

yeah, they mostly mind their own business. and anyway, it only happened that one time. ^^' oh, that's really unfortunate. i've had a similar teacher when i was in elementary too. she was our speech teacher and she'd been my class adviser about two or three times. it was scary... she looked like it too 'cause she glared a lot. x.x and with her being a speech teacher, she was really strict with almost everything, especially recitation and presentations. but despite that, she's been a good teacher, now that i think about it. XD she kept her students disciplined.

yep, it's both the best and the worst. haha, i see. i guess it's somewhat good that you have her to remind you the names of those people. ohh, that's nice... looks like you've been friends for a long time. ^^

Oh, you mean the different movies of Detective Conan? Yeah, I was able to watch them a year ago (I think). There were hilarious moments and I also like the sweet moments between Ran and Conan. But still, I prefer Conan and Haibara. *peace* I was able to watch some of their clips too since the whole episode is not available. As far as I'm concerned, the only person who can out-smart Conan is Haibara. It's a good thing that there are people who love uploaing their favorite scenes.

And your friend is telling the truth... It's really easy once you learn the the basics. And most of all, there's this "it's easy as long as you love what you're doing" idea. =P Geez... I really envy you for that... It's really difficult for me to learn that even though my teacher reminded me that I should try learning the proper positions of fingers. I can't really control my fingers that's why I like something that doesn't require those complicated things. Eh~~~ history??? I'm sure that I'm not one of those... Dates? Events? History? Aargghh... Thinking about those will drive insane... English is okay but when it's not that interesting, long paragraphs are my enemies since it makes me fall asleep in no time. In my case, my family is more of a math type except me since I love sports and computers. I don't know where I got that but I sure that I can't get used to math. I already experienced something like that but it's not because of sleeping... It was just a misunderstanding but it was really embarrassing.

Your classmates were really mature if they acted like that..... Hhmm, Yours is still good since teachers were meant to discipline but the thing that happened to us was more like a feeling that the teacher will seek for revenge in our class. Hahaha...

And sometimes, it's more of the worst student(s). =P Hhmm, you can say that again... She's always my classmate since high school (and some time in elementary too) until college. *sigh* It's a good thing and also a bad thing. Spending time together is one hell of an experience for me... She likes teasing me and harassing me which I won't mention anymore... Dark past... Very dark past... Just kidding... =P Anyway, despite that, I have high respect (and fear) for her and we're still good friends until now even though we haven't getin touch and seen each other for a long time.

hahaha yep. i think all the movies have shinichi/conan and ran moments. there are some conanxai moments too to at least satisfy both sides, haha. XD yep, but i think kaito kid counts too 'cause he always seems to outsmart conan as well. they have their own ways of outsmarting him. XD that's right. it's much easier to upload clips anyway. you don't have to worry about exceeding the length and size limits of the video and it saves and uploads faster.

hahaha, i guess you're right. even if it's challenging, if you love what you're doing then it'll be challenging in a good and fun way. yeah, my teacher kept telling that to us too. hahaha you just sounded like and reminded me of ritsu when you said, "I can't really control my fingers that's why I like something that doesn't require those complicated things." XD i guess i was able to get used to it 'cause i play instruments requiring intricate finger movements. ^^' same here. i really don't like history, considering that i have a horrible memory too. x_X haha, until third grade i thought the same. i hated math since second grade and below. after that, i started to like it. maybe because my teacher was good... XD ahh, i know what you mean. something similar happened to me also. heck, it even happened with that bad thing i supposedly did in elementary. -.-'

i guess so. O_O really? damn... that must've been horrible then. hahaha well i guess it's good that those days are long gone for you already. XD i'm glad i haven't had a teacher like that.

that's right. it can be the good students too. my mom was telling me about how she saw her old professor in college at work and the professor remembered her vividly... including her name, class, grade, major, etc. she must've really made a good impression. XD hahaha you guys sound like mio and ritsu! well, i guess you don't hit her like mio does, but if she teases you that much to the point that it irritates you, then she's kind of like ritsu. XD but even if you haven't seen her for a while and even after the "dark past," it's good that you're mature enough to let it go and still maintain your respect for her. ^^

But still, it's pretty obvious that they favor Ran x Shinichi. Although, I'm still a fan of Conan x Haibara. I only watched some of the clips because looking for the complete episode is quite hard. I really don't know if Kaito is his friend/foe. He helped conan for sometimes and there was this movie part wherein he helped him regarding Ran. They might as well be a good combination if he would team up with Shinichi. Another difficulty besides the fact that they were only clips, some of the clips were not translated'sub too. Geez, I really should learn foreign language. ;P

It's always been like that, right? I mean, you can't do something unless you're not into it. Or it's much easier as long as you have passion for it. Okay, I'll take that as a compliment. Just kidding. Well, I understand her situation. I mean come on, look at those complicated finger movements. The more complicated it gets, the more it drives me crazy. Mou, I wish I have your patience too regarding those proper finger positions. I tried it sometimes but my fingers got numbed and what's more is that I can't typed really fast while following some rules. Anyway, since you mentioned a K-On! character then you remind me of Mugi since she really loves playing piano. As for me, I'm pretty firm with what I really want and that's sports/computer subject. I only like the subject when I can grasp it immediately. Hhmm, that embarrassing moment happened to me during my high school days and it was during my fourth year, fourth year!! Geez, talking about bad timing. Being accused as a talkative student even though I didn't do anything. I would have accepted if it was really true. Although, I can't blame him since I was really childish.

Hahaha... It's really horrible but at the same time, the cause was really funny. Some sports festival that ended up into violence. Fortunately, I was just forced to watched since sports club members are banned from participating any sports.

Well, judging from her daughter, I'm pretty sure that she really did well during her student days. Although, I'm not comparing you to her since you're you and whatever you choose depends on you. Of course I didn't hit her. She harrassed me though which I can't do. I only hit someone who hits me first. Not in a violent way but in a friendly way which I have already experienced to the point that I even got some bruises from another friend. Hahaha... Anyway, knowing each other for so many years isn't just for show so yeah, she really knows how to tease me. She's really smart although she always wanted to be good in sports which she loves. Hehehe, it's not about maturity but it's about her whom I considered a friend and of course, I always want to cherish and protect my friends... in my own way... I'm not the type who can fight others literally but I can still be a good listener and has a want of supporting them as much as I could. Hahaha... I guess, I'm just against violence or in some point, coward. ;D
